More About Me

Experience & Style

For the last 26 years I have helped many people buy and sell homes with Windermere Real Estate Company. My goal is to provide each and every client with superlative service and strive to assure complete satisfaction, going above and beyond to make it so. As a result of this quality of service, I am proud to say my clients most often are referred to me by their families, friends and co-workers. This quality resides in my asking thought provoking questions of each customer about what they want most, knowing the importance of details, pursuing actions that benefit my clients, and anticipating the steps necessary to attain a smooth transaction. I enjoy helping people attain their goals and seeing the results that leave them so pleased and excited as new owners or successful sellers.

Community

I am an ongoing contributor to the Windermere Foundation and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, conducting training for their new workers. I go door to door for the Heart Fund Association and Cancer Research, as well as a runner for the cure for Leukemia and Lymphoma, having completed the “big climb” at the Columbia Tower five times now. Community and the ideals that come with it will always be near and dear to my heart.

Personal

Marrying my wife of 36 years was the best thing I’ve ever done. Kay and I have two kids, and although they are grown and still a big part of our lives, we enjoy taking time just for the two of us. We’re avid walkers, gardeners, hikers, readers, and even bigger travelers; I love being the foreigner experiencing new cultures. As a life-long native to Seattle and having grown up right here in the Wedgwood/Bryant neighborhood, you can bet on me to help find you the perfect setting for you (and your family).
